safety and responsible conduct is very important to us, and that is why we have created some common rules for Playbox.

Take care: Please make sure that your sports or leisure insurance covers the sport you practice at the centre. Playbox does not insure users of the centre. You practice your sport at your own risk.
First Aid: Please notify staff of any accidents or injuries. First aid kit is available for minor injuries and can be found at the reception desk. Instructions how to act in accident situations can be found at the centre.
Outdoor shoe are left in the lobby or dressing room. You can leave your outerwear in the changing rooms, but don’t leave valuables in the changing rooms. You can leave them in the lockers in the hallway. You can find instructions for using the cabinets near the cabinet, as well as on the inside of each cabinet door.
Lost and found: We do not take responsibility for items brought to the centre. Clothes and items found at site are placed in a lost and found box by the reception desk
Safety: All safety rules and instructions given by the members of staff must be strictly followed.
Capacity: The maximum number of people set for different areas must be observed. 6 max for individual cricket lanes. If you take a break during practice, do not sit, stand or chat inside the net. The batting area has its own safety instructions, you can sit by the back lane.

Run only on designated areas, ie. inside the net or at the warm up area, not on stairs and corridors.
Staff-Only Areas: Some spaces, like storage rooms, are just for staff – thanks for respecting those boundaries.
Climbing nets: Do not hang on the net, don’t climb on it, or jump against it.
Follow Opening Hours: Respect others by observing the practice times. Arrive on time and finish your activities by the end of your booking. This ensures that each user gets full minutes of practice time.
Food and Drinks: Take only water bottles to the court, no other liquids or food. Do not throw chewing gum or other rubbish on the turf.
Wear the Right Shoes: Either non-marking indoor shoes or turfs. Wear appropriate protective gear like helmets and pads, specific to your sports.
Keep it Clean: Rubbish is placed in the designated bins. In the centre, you can find containers for the following waste: plastic bottles and cans, organic waste, plastic & cardboard, glass & metal (together) and mixed waste. Please help us run the Centre responsibly by sorting your waste.
Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Prioritise Safety: Protective gear like helmets and pads keep you safe. Remember, all activities are at your own risk!
Respect Others: Be mindful of noise, avoid disruptions, and keep your language positive.
Use Equipment Safely: Handle equipment with care and let staff know if something’s not right. Use it at your own risk.
